I can't cancel a Free trial subscribtion because the option does not appear in account section under available licenses
TerminéeI had a free trial for the Avira Prime and i tried to cancel it without any success. The option to cancel renewal or subscription is not available in my account under available products/licenses.
Now, the renewal date arrived and my bank card was frozen because Avira tried to make the renewal. I have no issue with this part as i understand what an automatically renewal means however i wanted to cancel the free trial subscription but since i don't have the option i just left it as it is. What can be done ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the details of your installation. With a correct registration, only the customer can set the automatic renewal according to his wishes. This facility is available to every customer in their customer account under Subscriptions, see the following description:

Hello pascha45, as i stated in my initial message i wasn't able to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. The option simply didn't appear in my account > subscriptions > show renewal settings.
Now, i cannot contact support in any way without actually paying for a subscription. I don't want to purchase any because i don't want to use Avira products anymore.
Do you know what happens if i permanently delete my account ?
Would that automatically cancel the subscription or will stop any feature attempts from Avira to debit my bank account ?0 -

Your information about the alleged lack of instructions for cancelling the automatic licence renewal is incomprehensible to us.
The instructions are always available in the Avira "Knowledgebase & Customer Support."In addition, the instructions for cancellation are clearly visible to everyone at the bottom of the page where you are writing here, see the picture in our 1. answer.
Not having found instructions for automatic contract renewal does not excuse you from not having submitted a cancellation within the deadline.
You write, "I left it as it is". This is a dubious approach to contracts or the termination of a contract.In addition, you have already contacted support several times.
Deleting software is not a cancellation of a contract!
You can find instructions on contract law using the search engine of your choice.
