Want to extend Supscription with offered Discount but Offering is just for 5 Devices my Abo contain 25 Devices = No Discount
TerminéeI have had a paid Avira since last month.
When I want to contact Avira after end of subscription, there is no way to contact them any longer, in former times there was a Hotline or even a Mail Hotline, but both has been dropped.
The Chat is crap and do not understand ...
So the only way to place my problem is here in a forum where I assume the problem is misplaced.
The last 5 years I was a fan of Avira, but it seems Avira is not customer oriented any longer or at least not interested to be "bothered" by customers.
Is there anyone who can provide a Phone Number or an e-mail which still work to get in contact with Avira?
Main Problem will be, I cannot place my Customer ID here to enable to be contacted by Avira and I will not be informed if they will answer here in the Forum...
It seems I have to move away from Avira latest end of the month.
It's a pitty that a good company is going to be mad and bad.

5 devices=Discount
25devices= NO DISCOUNT
Soon my subcription will end, so I would like to make an downsize signature for 5 devices and don´t has no option.
So I will let expire my signature then will subscripe the 5 devices discount signature.
