I do not want this product/ This app is stealing from me/ I am being charged every year for something I do not use or want

This application is charging me for a service I am not being provided with nor do I want. I have been charged for three years for something I can not use. Apparently I have been purchasing the total security suite however, I do not have a toggle button under my subscription to cancel. Today I was charged another $109.99.

I have no way of canceling this subscription or receiving a refund. I do not want nor have I ever wanted this product and I do not want nor have I ever had a subscription. Can someone please cancel my account and subscription and provide a refund of the money that was taken from me since I have never used any of Avira's products.

  Did you use the following instructions during installation:  https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000736865-How-do-I-reinstall-my-activated-Avira-product- 

  Please log in under https://my.avira.com   to your customer account, which you will find on the invoice.
  The license will be activated on the customer account with the e-mail address used in the invoice. If you do not find any subscriptions in your customer account, this means that you are not logged in with the e-mail address used to receive the invoice.

  If you can't find a cancellation option in your customer account, the cancellation can also be sent to the support team to which you have direct access as a paying customer. There you can also report your problem with the cancellation. From your customer account under SUPPORT
