Yes, you have asked a question to the support team 3 weeks ago and since 2 weeks the answer is in your ticket - this ticket created by yourself.
We do not really understand your question. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under it.
