    I signed in using Google, it give me a code to verify. I purchased through paypal using email I've had for 2 years. If this app would give account users a place to update/change email information, I can't log on with email I choose. Oldest one on file was hacked and I don't use. My account shows Prime was purchased but no subscription or License is showing. I can't connect to support due to I deleted gmail account it may be linked too. I've created dispute. I have other things to do.

    We are sorry to hear that your renewal did not go as you expected.

    Did you provide the delivery address during the PayPal order process so that PayPal does not have to set up and insert a new email address?

    If you still know your deleted e-mail address with your self-chosen password for this address, it would be possible to log in to your customer account with this access data.
    You don't want to write an email with it, it is only your deposited access data to an account.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used in the purchase.

    Questions about your licence or Avira payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account -  by email in accordance with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.
