You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM - an "user2user" forum. From here we have neither information and access to your Avira customer account with the latest updates nor to your installed operating system with the latest installed update version number.
Access to Avira Support is not possible without correct registration for the purchased licence.

The purchased licence is registered in your customer account with the address you entered in the order. This means that everything is stored for you in your Avira customer account, including viewing the invoice and initiating the cancellation!You have had several contacts with Mark, the digital assistant, who has drawn your attention to the correct registration for contacting support several times!
You have entered 3 email addresses in your Avira customer account, and the email address you used to purchase the Avira PRIME licence has not yet been verified. There is no access to your settings in your customer account from here, the publicly accessible Avira Community.

Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase. Check your own order details and your Avira customer account will be created automatically, which you can use immediately after verification!
Please log in to your Avira customer account with the e-mail address used for your order - verify your e-mail address - then your purchased licence will be displayed and can be used by you!
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": by email, chat support and (temporarily) telephone.
Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed and responded to by email using the Avira SUPPORT in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Thank you for your understanding.

Since 14.06.2022 you have stored 3 email addresses in your Avira customer account. Access to your purchased Avira licence is only possible with your correct registration! You have set up these accounts, but you have not verified 2 email addresses. You can view your licence there yourself. Furthermore, you will automatically receive the invoice and reference number via the email address you used when ordering and registering in your Avira customer account. Your correct registration is missing, but this is urgently required!

All your missing information is the proof that there is no correct registration for the purchased licence in your Avira customer account. If you had registered correctly, you would have all the missing information you are complaining about. It is a confirmation of your incorrect registration in your name since 2022 !
Log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the licence, sometimes your first name has 6 letters, sometimes this first name has 7 letters?! Your serious mistake! Only you know the details of your order! Check your name in your documents!Once again: Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase.
You claim missing information about your Avira licence. Only after you have registered correctly will all the necessary data be available to you.
