    You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM  ⇒  an ‘user2user’ forum. From here, we have no information about your Avira customer account and access to it with the latest updates (?), nor about your installed operating system with the latest currently installed (?) update version number.

    The Avira Community is not a direct support channel !

    Premium customers with a valid licence who have logged in correctly can contact the Avira Support team directly from their Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: by email, chat  and (at times) telephone.

    Avira SUPPORT has your Avira contract documents and also stores information about your installed operating system. You have already had various (!)  contacts and instructions from Support. In addition, you have already been informed from here that a concrete answer can only be obtained via Avira Support! See:
