    Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the license. You have  2  email addresses stored in your Avira customer account.
    Did you enter the delivery address during the PayPal order process? See:

    This information is not helpful in the following scenario:

    1 - Customer buys product ( for example a subscription)

    2 - product does not appear on customer account AND customer has no other subscriptions

    3 - therefore no support is available to the customer.

    Avira has the money, customer has nothing and no way to discuss issue with Avira.

    Hello. I have been billed for renewal subscription that I was not aware of and I have my account deleted.

    I want to cancel it I deleted my account and cant cancel the subscription myself
