Cancel subscription
TerminéeHello. I have been billed for renewal subscription that I was not aware of. I have sent an email to paypal30-2@avira.com requesting it to be reversed.
I have since cancelled my subscription going forward but who can I liaise with to have the renewal subscription just made reversed please?

Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the license. You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account.
Did you enter the delivery address during the PayPal order process? See:

This information is not helpful in the following scenario:
1 - Customer buys product ( for example a subscription)
2 - product does not appear on customer account AND customer has no other subscriptions
3 - therefore no support is available to the customer.
Avira has the money, customer has nothing and no way to discuss issue with Avira.
