Please log in to your customer account with the email address that was used to order the license. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Did you insert the delivery address during the PayPal order process? See

We cannot cancel your license or refund. We are not authorized to do that, only the owner of the license can initiate that.
