subscription cancellation
TerminéeI have tried to cancel my subscription by clicking on the link. The questions pop up briefly and then disappear and I am left on the same page where I was. I want to cancel my subscription so could someone do that for me and let me know when it's done? Thank you.

You have 3 e-mail addresses in your customer account, please check whether all of them are verified by you.
Please make sure that you are registered under:

with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.

This website is a SCAM!!! it makes so hard to cancel your trial subscription. I will post it on Reddit so no one will use this site. Can't get ahold of anyone and can't email or chat either.
