anybody else scammed
I renewed my license end of August, I am trying to update the renewal in my laptop, but I receive already for months that there is a problem at their side. When wanting to remove the net renewal, so I am no longer being scammed, I get a notification that there is a problem at their side. And when I want to contact the people for Avira, it leads me to this community page.
So, anybody else getting scammed, or anybody knows how I can turn of the renewal with AMEX?

Before deliberately imputing incorrect intentions to other contractual partners, it is always advisable to check the own data.
