    Hello Diane,

    You have already initiated various contacts with support regarding your request (cancellation of your Avira licence).

    Did you set up the automatic renewal of your licence correctly in your Avira customer account, see

    Did you enter the delivery address of the licence correctly for the PayPal payment, see

    Unfortunately, there is no active Avira licence stored in your Avira customer account under the email address used here for this article.

    You have  3  e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the licence. Afterwards, if you have logged in correctly, your licence will be displayed in your Avira customer account.
    You set up the email address used here on 22.2.25. There cannot be a licence installed with which you have already stopped various attempts to clarify the newly extended version!

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. 

    Regarding you: ‘I want to speak to an agent.’ See:
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed by email with Avira Support in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
