After you have received the Support Collector from Avira Support, please run it on your device and send the created file back to Avira Support.
1. Open the Finder.
2. Click on the left-hand side on Applications.
3. Open Utilities.
4. Open the AVIRA folder.
5. Run the AVIRA-Supportcollector.
6. Click Start.
7. Enter the required information and click Go!
8. Wait until the Support Collector completed taking the necessary information and close the program.
9. The required AVSUPINF.ZIP file is saved by the Support Collector on the desktop.
10. Send us this file by email. Use the reply function of your email program to do this. This will ensure that the data reaches the right employee immediately and can be processed as quickly as possible.

If the AVSUPINF.ZIP file is too large to be sent by email, upload the file to our Avira FTP server.
Once the Support Collector file has been evaluated and a solution to your problem is available, you will immediately receive an email with further instructions.
