The Avira Support Collector is part of Avira Support, and provides a detailed error analysis of your system, so that Avira Support engineers can quickly locate the problems.
Note
Collecting the support information can take some minutes to several hours, depending on the speed of your computer and the selected operating mode of the Support Collector.
1. Download the Support Collector 2.0 on the affected system.
2. Run the downloaded file with a double-click.
3. Log in with your Avira account credentials.
4. Choose your support request from the drop-down menu.
5. Select which data you want to be collected.
6. Click Start.
7. Once the data has been collected, click Send to customer support.
The collected data is sent automatically to Avira's support team. They will email you further instructions once they've analyzed the data.
8. Click OK to quit Avira Support Collector.
