With the "Scheduler" feature of Avira Antivirus for Mac, you can configure targeted scans for viruses and unwanted apps.
Schedule a scan
1. Open Avira Antivirus and click Scheduler.
2. Click New.
3. Select the scan type, and click Schedule.
Note
Select Quick Scan for a virus search on the most vulnerable parts of your Mac.
Select Full Scan for a complete malware search of your system.
4. Once you have configured the scans, they will be listed in the Scheduler.
