- Download the Support Collector on the affected system.
- Run the downloaded file with a double-click.
- The user information fields are not mandatory.
- Change the Support Collector mode only if you have been told beforehand by an Avira support engineer, otherwise is no change required.
- Click Start.
- Once the Support Collector has collected the required information an archive AVSUPINF.7Z will be saved on your desktop.
- Send us the AVSUPINF.7Z archive by email. Use the reply function of the received Avira e-mail. This will ensure that the archive reaches the right agent immediately and can be processed as quickly as possible.
