Premium subscription not provided post payment
CompletedI have purchased a premium subscription a few months ago, but the it never appeared anywhere, both in my account, and in the application.
I have received the receipts from both avira and paypal for the subscription's payment, yet the it was never delivered.
Have already checked the account details, and subscription status ("No active subscriptions").
Would love your help.

Did you enter your delivery address in the Pay-Pal order process?

Then your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can install directly from there.Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. If your subscription is not displayed there, the access data is incorrect.
Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your subscription be displayed, and you can install it directly from the customer account or contact support. Unfortunately, you did not provide any information about the license you ordered. Did you follow this procedure when registering?
