Hi on 25th Feb 2023 I tried to purchase the AVIRA INTERNET SECURITY 1 year subscription, and even placed my details for payment through PayPal. However I did not proceed with the transaction. Even though I did not make the payment since there was not enough amount left in Paypal account, the balance of €21.25 has been reduced from my bank account as a booked amount. I actually need a refund. Can you please give a solution to this matter?
