I didn't receive the license and I want my money back

I had a free subscription for 1 month and yesterday the 18/06/2023 I tried to make a new monthly subscription that would cost me 9.95 CHF I paid with PayPal I went to check the email and the spam and there was nothing I waited and nothing came then I thought the money had not been withdrawn I tried to pay again and waited again but I didn't receive anything anyway so I went to see if the money had been withdrawn and by chance it had been withdrawn the 2 times I paid but still I didn't receive any keys or anything so what did I do, I sent a message to support last night and waited for them to answer me the next day but in the end I still wasn't answered and the money didn't come back so I went to make a purchase again and this time it was 1.95 CHF money was withdrawn but no key or anything new. So i want to know how i get my money back because i spent more than 22 CHF and i got nothing and i want my money back

  You will not get a key for a long time, Avira does not use activation codes anymore. All products can be downloaded and managed directly from the customer account at my.avira.com/en.
  You have at least  3  email addresses in your customer account, please check if they are all verified by you. Log in with the e-mail address that was used to order the licenses, only then will your purchased licenses be displayed in your customer account. On the receipts of the debit data is also indicated.

  It may happen that messages to the support require a few days to be answered, especially after a weekend.
  A correctly requested refund may also take up to 14 days to be credited.
