    Unfortunately, we cannot get a picture of your request.  You are writing here in the community, a publicly accessible forum, we have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone. As described in chat:
    "If you have a customer account, please log in to use Premium Support as a licence holder" (with the access data: email address and password used during purchase).
