Please check the licenses in your customer account under Subscription.
The license will be activated on the customer account with the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.
If you don't find any subscriptions in your customer account, it means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice. Avira has 2 email addresses in your customer account.
