    Unfortunately, we can neither view nor edit personal data via public forums, such as the community here - Privacy Policy GDPR.

    We cannot check why the strain was done twice. Furthermore, you have entered 3 email addresses in your customer account at Avira. If you cannot find a license under the email address used here, please check the other 2 accounts.


    Did you pay with PayPal? The license will be activated immediately after the purchase in the customer account with the email address with which the license was ordered. An exception is the payment with PayPal if the shipping address is entered correctly.
