    You have already had intensive contact with the support team and have already created 3 tickets there.
    It is regrettable that there is still no solution to your payments. But here in the community we do not have access to your account and cannot comment on your problem.
    We do not have access to your Avira account. Furthermore, we are not allowed to question personal data or to process personal data according to the Data protection GDPR.
    We are a publicly accessible forum, everyone can read the contributions posted here.
    However, we assume that you have entered your delivery address correctly in your PayPal details during the order process.

    Me too I payed two times for one product buyed. Unfortunately ,Pay Pal said the transaction is correctly ,even they not ask me to authorization for payment...!!I think Pay Pal is guilty because not assured safety and don't ask our authorization for each transaction!!

    Did you add the delivery address to PayPal so that no new address has to be set up by PayPal?
