I had problem to logging in to my avira account
I have been trying to log in to my account for a few days but I do not receive any verification code
even waited 24 hours and tried again but still did not receive it
I had to create a new account to post in the forum😐

Please log in to your customer account https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login with your email address at and under Subscriptions you will find your licence https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
You can start this process directly by clicking on INSTALL.If you have purchased the licence in the Avira online shop, no activation code will be sent to you. Important: The licence will be activated immediately to the email address you used when ordering:

You have 2 email addresses in your account. Please check (exactly) your e-mail address. Often there are small mistakes in this important address with big consequences, the e-mail can only be sent to the deposited address.
If the verification code is not delivered, the e-mail address is often incorrect.

I have a similar problem. Even though it prompt that a verification code was sent to my mobile number but still did not receive any codes. I don't have any device signed in anymore and I can't do anything with my account without signing in and I can't sign in because the verification is not coming to my mobile number.

Questions about your license can only be answered by the support team via your customer account via email in accordance with GDPR.
Please check if both email addresses in your customer account have been verified correctly by you. Important is the e-mail address of your order, only there the subscription is stored.

I have same problem for 4 days. I can't receive any verification code when I'm log in. Many times, try doesn't work. Please fix this problem because my all-passwords store in password manager. Without verification code I can't access my account.

Your: "I can't receive any verification code when I'm log in." Please check your order email address. Is it verified and displayed correctly and up to date? Only the customer is responsible for the verification address with his customer account details.
