Image fixed on screen

Hi to everyone.

My PC is a Windows 8.1. Since a week in my screen, on botton position appears an image which is impossible to minimize, hide. 

This image is above all applications opened

When I switch on my computer this image doesn't apeear. But in a half an hour this image shows.

 

 

Do you how to take off this image ???

It has any relation with a program known ??

  The problem is that the compluter is not mine. It belongs to the company where I'm working now. Therefore I am not able to reinstall
