    If you are registered, you can only log in.
    Are you trying to activate an activated licence again?
    An activated licence is displayed in your customer account under  

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 

    If it is not displayed, the registration is not correct.
    How did you reset your password?

    i created an account when i downloaded Avira through Microsoft store, i payed for a yearly subscription on the 10th january 2021 , this subscription does not appear on my account ?

    Yes my address is linked to my email address on PayPal, the email address is the account email address for avira login also

    If the license was purchased in the Avira online store and is stored in your customer account, there is a possibility to check the order process with a back-tracing procedure.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is activated immediately. Questions about your license or Avira payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.

    With a clear answer, we will be happy to assist you.
