No Resolution or refund for my new registration
AnsweredI am really appalled by such an unprofessional behavior from a reputed company like AVIRA.
I had paid my subscription yesterday and am yet to get my subscription activated.
Do not send me the standard reply . As per your platform , I am neither an existing Customer or a new customer although I paid for my monthly subscription. I am confused
Please do it ASAP.

Unfortunately, you have not provided any information about the license.
Have you been able to verify a charge of the license on your account, especially the correct e-mail address/delivery address, if you should have paid with PayPal?
If you have a charge, then you have also received information on the e-mail account with which the license was ordered. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is activated immediately.
