Where is my antivirus?

I couldn't find any active license in my profile, i bought at 06 april my antivirus billing CB-30-16918223 from avira.
Please help me

Please log in with the correct email address.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is activated immediately.Afterwards your licence will be displayed in your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans and can be installed immediately from there.

Billing CB-30-1691xxxx 06/04/2021 (Mastercard)
then today it is disappeared from my account.
Moreover new billing found on my second Mastercard 44,95€ 11/04/2021 I've never bought it

I wrote to the community because with no active subscription I cannot access the support
Status:
- I bought a subscription that does not appear in my account
- in my mastercard found another charge of 44,95€ never bought any subscription
I would like to know how to fix this issue and get out from hell

We understand your problems, but we have no solution for you.
We have deleted your e-mail address here in the forum, please do not insert such important data in a public forum! Take a close look at it. Sometimes you put a dot, sometimes there is no dot in the e-mail address!
It is difficult if the e-mail addresses are not entered correctly or if afterwards you are no longer aware of what has been used. And then you have 2 e-mail addresses! You wrote to the support team on 12.4, so you can get in touch!If you also get new account charges that you did not order, please have a look at the following information:
Again, you bought a subscription, it's activated in your account, you just have to log in to your account with the email address you used when you bought it.

You have probably overlooked this contact accidentally, also, that we have already described all this to you in our posts.
