I bought in February 2020 an Avira Optimization Suite license (36 months) and I can't install it on my new computer.
I have done all the operations with Avira in Spanish and now when I have a claim you tell me that it is only English and German??? Perhaps you don't have a Google translator to know what I am writing to you...? 21st century? I'm sorry but this is ridiculous, this is the way you have to conquer more clients??

You are writing in the Community, a public forum, here only posts in German or English are processed. It is possible that you also had contact with the support-team in Spanish, as they work in several languages.
We also know apps for editing, Avira has even specified them. In the public forum, however, instructions are only provided in German or English because the smallest mistakes in the translation can have fatal consequences. Above all, these posts are public, and the instructions can be used by other readers, which cannot happen with the GDPR-compliant email instructions with the customer via support. Many thanks for your understandingYou have 2 email addresses stored in your customer account with Avira, one is not yet verified by you.
Please make absolutely sure that you are registered under
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you have previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can install or contact support directly from there:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
