Anti Virus "Prime" free trial and Paypal billing. I want my money back!!!
I have used the free version of Anti Virus (Avira) for years on my previous computer with windows 7. Now with the new one and windows 10 I have problems with anti virus. They give the user the chance to use their extra "prime" functions for a free limited trial period but you still have to give them bank or payment details which is very suspicious. I see that it is actually a German company. This is a typical trick used by German and Austrian companies to get people to keep paying. In other countries they only charge you if you tell them you wish to continue, the Germans assume you want to continue if you don´t contact them and tell them otherwise. I went through the procedure and gave them my paypal details. However I never got their "premium" functions !!! Every time I look at Avira I still only have the limited free functions or coverage !!! WHERE ARE MY PRIME EXTENDED FUNTIONS / PROTECTION??? YOU HAVE DEDUCTED €99.9 from my bank account but no sign of any prime functions !!! If you try to contact the company via their help and contact page, they tell you you cannot contact them if you don´t have a licence!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! BLOODY THIEVING KRAUTS!!!

Did you enter your delivery address in the PayPal order process?
Was your license displayed in your customer account after you logged in with your e-mail address that was used for the order and your self-selected passport?
