    Hello Dina-Hasida,

    It is not so relevant whether you are logged in with an old or a new email address.
    What is important is that you are logged into your Avira customer account with the email address that you used to order the license.
    Your license will only be displayed with this email address and can therefore be installed for your protection.
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    Did you store the delivery address in the PayPal order so that no other account has to be opened by PayPal? See:

    There you will also find instructions on how to change your email address via the support team.
