Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used when placing the order.
At https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
your license will be displayed and can be installed from there.
You no longer need an activation code, the license is activated when you place your order.

I have an email account registered on Avira and a different one in Paypal.
Should I switch the one on Avira to the same registered on Paypal?

Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used when purchasing the license. Your subscription will then be displayed at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
and can be installed from there by clicking on INSTALL.Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used when purchasing and is automatically activated under this email address.
We have already provided you with the installation instructions - also in an illustrated guide.
You have also contacted the support team and already created a ticket there.
The support team will provide you with further information in your ticket.
