Avira doesn't work in Windows 10

Hello,

Avira doesn't work in Windows 10, does not open for about a month.

In the attached file you can see the error and it says:

An error has occurred AVIRA is informed of this and will find a solution as soon as possible

Close

So far no solution

  Premium customers with a valid licence can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support". 

  Here, from the community, a publicly accessible forum, we do not have access to your customer account.

  Have you already made a repair installation?
  Repair your Avira Security for Windows – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

  or an uninstallation and a new installation:
  Uninstallation of Avira for Windows – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

  and then after a reboot (!) a new installation:
  How do I reinstall my activated Avira product? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

  After that, Avira should work in Windows 10.
