    Before deliberately imputing incorrect intentions to other contractual partners, it is always advisable to check the own data. 
    Here you can find the Community Guidelines, which ask for fair behaviour within the community.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team from the customer account directly under "SUPPORT".

    Please check the payment, if no contact is possible, something is wrong with your registration.

    If the payment has been processed correctly, and you have been debited, please check the access data you used to register.
    Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
