To fix this problem, repair your Avira Security for Windows.
Repair installation
- Click the Windows icon in the lower left corner and click Settings.
- In the Apps & features area, click Apps and search for Avira Security.
- Select Avira Security.
- Click Uninstall to start the Avira installer.
- Once the Avira installer opens, click Repair.
Note
A repair installation will set all app settings back to default.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Avira Security for Windows.
