Avira won't activate
AnsweredOkay so I just bought the 10.99 a month family prime but it doesn't seem to want to activate, it says I don't have an subscription on both the application and the website even tho I have proof of the invoice I've been sent?
can anyone help me out please?

Without further information we can't get an idea about your question.
- Which OS is installed on your system?
- Where did you purchase the license? Avira Online-Shop?
- Is the license displayed in your customer account?
- Did you pay with PayPal?
Did you log in to your Avira account with the email address you used to purchase the license? The email address you used to purchase the license must be the same as the one in your Avira account, the license will be activated to the email address immediately upon purchase and can be installed from there with a click to "Install".
With the answers and precise information we will try to help with concrete details.

Sorry for a very late reply but:
I have Win 10
I purchased it from the avira security application on pc
It is not (i do have receipt for it which i'll attatch)
I did pay with paypal yes.
So I have my account which the email for that is ollieslum****@gmail.com which is the account I purchased the subscription but it doesn't show that I have bought it, I did buy Avira monthly for 10.99 a month but used paypal with the email emmasl******@gmail.com, i hope this is enough information, Many thanks Ollie

Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is activated immediately.
Did you add the delivery address to PayPal during the order process so that PayPal does not have to create a new account for you?
