i have left multiple posts trying to cancel my subscription since monday & refund
is it possible to have someone contact with the progress of the refund

Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. You have the subscription details and can also get help cancelling the subscription from there.
You have already contacted the support team several times. The digital assistant Mark has drawn your attention to this: ‘I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.’ and ‘If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.’
Satisfactory support is only possible with a correct registration.You have also already contacted Avira Support. In addition, you know the access data for your father's subscription and the reference number.
